Lessons Learnt From Lockdown: The highs and lows of the pandemic's impact on disabled children and young people

Lessons Learnt from Lockdown

The Council for Disabled Children commissioned Kaizen to deliver an England wide consultation with children and young people with SEND.  Over 600 children and young people, 128 parents and 110 professionals contributed their views and experiences to this report - this report is the largest consultation to date with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their lives, and to hear directly from children and young people to understand what support they need moving forward. CDC has produced two reports – a full detailed version and a children and young people’s summary. Click here to view.
