Learning Outcomes:
- Understand how to optimise patient care in these challenging times by looking after your own mental wellbeing in the workplace and at home.
- A brief overview of the evidence base for the above.
- Understand the importance of networking for career development, the theory behind it and how to work with your personality type to get the best out of networking.
- Understand how to create a safe and productive work environment both mentally and physically.
- Understand and critique the evidence base of change management and how to put this into practice in the workplace.
This event will be split into 3 sections
- 1 hour workshop to address the learning objectives that will follow the format outlined below.
- 30 minute networking event with refreshments

Within each discussion point, we will use Mentimeter to create resources that will be sent out to attendees following the event.
