Many physiotherapists have expressed interest in working with children as part of their physiotherapy career, but state that they struggle to gain relevant experience and thus feel they do not meet the person specifications for paediatric posts advertised.
This document aims to support physiotherapists with a keen interest in a career working with children, to draw on experience relevant to the patient group, that might be overlooked.
