Ben Mudge is a 33-year-old online coach with Cystic Fibrosis from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and was diagnosed with CF at birth. Ben was determined from a young age to not let his diagnosis hold him back after his parents were told their life would now be over. He wants to show those with and without CF what is possible and never backs down from a challenge.
Ben will be joined by a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist working within the Cystic Fibrosis Service in Belfast Northern Ireland.

understand the role of the physiotherapist in the management of cystic fibrosis
recognise the importance of exercise management in children and young people with cystic fibrosis
appreciate the lived experience and impact of extreme training within the confines of a long-term condition
learn how to empower those living with long-term conditions
