APCP Annual Conference 2018
The APCP North West Region was thrilled to host APCP's Annual Conference in Manchester - a buzz generated in the Hive of the Hilton around the Growing Child! Manchester's symbol - worker bee - really did reflect the bustle and inspirational learning and networking that was witnessed this year.
The attendance this year reflected all areas of paediatric physiotherapy, including a significant number of undergraduate physiotherapy students. We were able to share the learning and experience of national and regional speakers who inspired us to develop and enrich our practice. The normal networking opportunities were enhanced this year by the introduction of the Whova conference app. As the worker bee pollinates as it moves from flower to flower, delegates were able to share and pick up information as we progressed through the conference.
We hope that those who attended came away inspired and motivated and encourage all members to make the APCP Conference part of their CPD activities. We are hardworking, motivated individuals, who as a collective are part of something much bigger, and really can impact out profession and the people we work with.
