Kerry Hall

Kerry hall has worked for Lumos for eight years. She works as a technical adviser in the Global Training and Advisory Services (GTAS) Unit.

The GTAS Unit provides training and technical advice and assistance on all aspects on deinstitutionalisation ( DI ) programmes  in a number of different countries. This support includes organising study visits, trainings and developing tools and guidance materials to support professionals working with children and families.

She is a qualified childcare professional who has worked in education and residential services in the UK and spent over 10 years working in children’s institutions in Eastern Europe and supporting and managing DI programmes in this region.
