The CSP has three diversity network groups for members providing peer support, opposing discrimination and promoting equity, diversity and belonging in the workplace and society.
The three diversity networks are open to all CSP members, including students.
BAME Network
The CSP BAME network is for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) members.
The network is a lead contributor to physiotherapy’s equity, diversity and belonging and aims to influence CSP activities affecting BAME members and raise awareness of BAME issues.
DisAbility Network
The DisAbility network is for CSP members with disabilities of any form. The network aims to increase awareness that those with disabilities can be and are valued members of the profession.
LGBTQIA+ network
The CSP’s LGBTQIA+ network supports and empowers members with regards to LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the physiotherapy profession.
