APCP Advertising and Sponsorship 2023-2024

APCP is not allowed to accept advertisements on our website due to hosting agreements. There are a number of opportunities to advertise and enter into sponsorship arrangements with APCP.

These range from exhibiting at our national conference to sponsoring smaller study events or advertising in our Journal.

The APCP Journal is published twice a year in December and June. This academic online journal is distributed to all members plus a number of universities and other organisations. It is an excellent forum to advertise products relevant to physiotherapists working in paediatrics, whose expertise and clinical decision making heavily influence product purchasing.

It is possible to advertise in the APCP Journal. Please see our advertising policy at the end of this document regarding suitable advertisements. Job advertisements cannot be included in the Journal.
If advert guidelines are not fulfilled, items will not be published. The APCP reserve the right to decline adverts, particularly for events/products that do not meet the guidelines of the advertising policy.

The APCP Newsletter is an e-newsletter mailed out every quarter. This provides members with updates on APCP activities as well as articles and issues from the wider healthcare environment. We do not accept advertisements within the APCP Newsletter. It is possible however to sponsor one of these mailings, an excellent way to access all of our members, with a lead article about your company or product and a link to your website.

If you wish to see a copy of the e-newsletter, please contact the administrators.
Cost for sponsorship of one e-newsletter- £100.00

Please contact office@apcp.org.uk for newsletter dates

National and Regional Courses and Study Days - APCP organise many study days and training events every year. These events can vary from a two hour ‘twilight’ lecture to a full day or multiple day training event.

Please be mindful that the sponsorship needs to be a mutually beneficial arrangement to both the company and the APCP. Several events do lend themselves to sponsorship especially the regular scheduled events such as ‘Introduction to Paediatric Physiotherapy’ and we actively invite different forms of sponsorship to be considered.

For example, to include a small exhibition stand, opportunity to interact with delegates before and after training, catalogue or company flyer to be distributed, further promotional items can be distributed e.g. pens, tape measures, company name and logo on PowerPoint ‘holding slide’ (if used).  Or if you wish to sponsor refreshments, delegate bags or other items - please contact the APCP Administration Team for a quote.

Please contact office@apcp.org.uk

APCP National Conference - The national conference is a two day event held every year in the autumn.
For 2024 APCP will be co-hosting with the CSP at their conference in Manchester on 11th & 12th October.
