Accessing members' only content on the APCP website

The APCP website includes some pages and documents that are accessible exclusively to current APCP members.

Guidance for accessing members' only content ...

How do I access members' only content on the APCP website?

Members must be logged-in to access members' only content.  Your log-in details are the same as those used for the CSP website.

I am logged-in but am being refused access to members' only content ... how do I access members' only content?

Contact membership@apcp.org.uk confirming your name, log-in email and APCP membership number (if known) and stating that you are unable to access members' only content on the APCP website.

The APCP Admin Team will be able to check your membership status and web permissions to resolve this for you.

I am an APCP member but am not a CSP member / do not have a CSP web account ... how do I access members' only content?

Access to members' only content is normally granted when your membership is processed unless we are unable to identify a CSP web account for you.

To enable APCP to grant you access to members' only content you will need to register for a CSP web account - this is free for both CSP members and non-members.

You need to complete 2 simple steps to set up a CSP web account:

  • Register to the CSP website at www.csp.org.uk/user/register

  • Use the confirmation email you receive to finalise your registration and create a password – if you have any problems registering to the CSP website please contact website@csp.org.uk or call 020 7314 7870

Once you have set up your CSP web account, contact membership@apcp.org.uk stating that you have registered to the CSP website and would like member access to the new APCP website.

I am unable to log-in / the website is saying my log-in details are not recognised.

As the APCP web is hosted by the CSP, the APCP Admin Team has limited access to your log-in details.  Please contact website@csp.org.uk or call 020 7314 7870 for help.

If you have problems accessing members' only content once you have resolved the issues with your log-in details, contact membership@apcp.org.uk confirming your name, log-in email and APCP membership (if known) and stating that you are unable to access members' only content on the APCP website.

The Admin Team will be able to check your membership status and web permissions to resolve this for you.
