Neil Gokani
Neil has a physiotherapy degree from Cardiff University and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in paediatrics.
He has worked as an Associate Lecturer as well as having vast experience of working within community paediatrics at an Advanced Level, supporting Consultant Paediatricians with the developmental follow-up of premature infants in the community, as well as implementing NICE guidance around this. He previously spent time working in Vancouver, Canada in-between working in various community paediatric posts around the UK. He currently works as Head of Service for Children’s Physiotherapy in Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset for Sirona Care & Health (NHS).
Neil feels that the APCP is a fantastic network and is keen to join the South West Region Committee to support colleagues in the Region by helping to promote training and education in the Region and to develop networking opportunities within the Region.
Anna Jones
Anna is Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
As well as being a member of the APCP South West Region Committee, Anna also sits on the Cerebral Palsy Integrated Pathway (CPIP) National Network as a representative for the South West.
She has been actively involved with driving CPIP forward locally which has included setting up an interdisciplinary initiative with radiography for hip imaging. This work has been presented at the APCP Conference 2018.
Anna has recently returned from a trip to Sri Lanka, volunteering with the charity PhysioNet working.

Rachel Rapson is a Clinical Manager in South Devon for the Paediatric and Adult Learning Disability Physiotheraphy teams. She has a special interest in cerebral palsy and is undertaking a PhD, funded by the NIHR, focusing on a novel interactive training device to improve mobility in children with CP.

Katie Middleton
Katie is currently working at the University Hospital Plymouth NHS Trust, as a Paediatric Team Leader.
Katie has over 16 years experience as a physiotherapist and the last 10 years of those have been in Paediatrics. Katie works within a generic paediatric physiotherapy team, so covers a wide range of patients from inpatients to outpatients.
The ward where Katie works, includes complex post operative orthopaedic patients, a variety of respiratory patients including NICU cover and anything else physiotherapy related. Katie has extensive talipes experience and also works as part of the DDH service, where they also provide a serial casting service for idiopathic toe walkers and hydrotherapy services. The outpatient services cover a wide range of GP, consultant and health visitor referrals with patients ranging from 0 -14.
